ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool – Columbus, OH

Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience

What You’ll Do

Float between ICUs including Neuro, Surgical, Medical (MICU), CV, SICU, and NCCU.
Provide critical care to patients with varying acuity in a fast-paced environment.
Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other advanced ICU procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Follow unit protocols and safety guidelines to ensure optimal outcomes.
Document patient care accurately within EPIC electronic medical record system.
Adapt quickly to different unit needs and patient conditions.

What You Need
Required:

Active Ohio RN license or eligible
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
Skills in IV placement, telemetry, and ventilator management
Ability to float across units within similar acuity levels

Preferred:

Experience in multiple ICU specialties
Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
