Transplant Registered Nurse - Columbus, Ohio / Night Shift

Experience: Minimum 2 years in PCU; previous travel nursing experience preferred

What You’ll Do

Provide direct patient care within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1 nurse to 5 patients
Perform IV starts and telemetry monitoring
Document patient care using the Epic system
Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Support patient recovery and comfort through compassionate nursing practices

What You Need

Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Strong skills in telemetry and patient monitoring
