CVICU Registered Nurse – Columbus, Ohio

Join a leading facility in Columbus, OH, as a CVICU Registered Nurse! Enjoy a flexible weekday schedule with rotating weekends and holidays, competitive pay of $59.18/hour, and comprehensive benefits. We're seeking dedicated professionals ready to start on August 24, 2026, for a temporary assignment through November 23, 2026.

What You’ll Do

Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients
Monitor patient heart rhythms and manage ventilators
Perform IV starts, administer conscious sedation, and operate telemonitoring equipment
Respond to patient emergencies and collaborate with healthcare team members
Float across units as needed for patient care continuity
Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
Support patients with balloon pumps, PA lines, and swan ganz monitoring

What You Need

Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in Cardiac ICU
Proficiency in IV starts, telemonitoring, vents, and sedation
Previous travel or agency experience preferred
Excellent clinical skills and ability to work night shift
