Pathways Financial Credit Union – Central Ohio

Full-Time | Base Salary + Strong Commission | Full Benefits

Pathways Financial Credit Union is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Home Lending Advisor (Mortgage Loan Officer) to join our growing mortgage team and guide members through the home financing process.

This role offers the best of both worlds: a steady flow of branch-generated referrals combined with the opportunity to build your own pipeline through self-generated business and community networking.

What You’ll Do

Originate 1–4 family residential mortgage loans
Meet with members to recommend mortgage solutions tailored to their needs
Leverage branch-generated referrals while actively developing your own business
Build relationships with realtors, community partners, and internal teams
Manage your pipeline and ensure timely loan progression
Communicate with processors, title companies, attorneys, and referral partners
Prospect for new business through calls, networking, and outreach
Maintain an active presence in assigned branches

What We’re Looking For

Strong sales, prospecting, and networking skills
Ability to generate business independently while maximizing internal referrals
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines
Self-motivated with a focus on results

Requirements

Active NMLS license preferred
Candidates not currently licensed must be eligible to obtain an NMLS license and meet all requirements under the SAFE Act
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for business development
