Full Job Description

The Crowne Plaza Columbus North - Worthington, one of the largest full service premium luxury properties in the Columbus area, is seeking dedicated, customer service oriented hospitality professionals for first shift (7AM-3PM) and second shift (3PM-11PM).

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in/out guests with professionalism and warmth
Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns efficiently and courteously
Process payments accurately and manage room assignments
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
Follow all brand and property standards for guest service and safety

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar) a plus (Opera preferred)
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
