Alpha Management is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Community Ambassador for one of our Columbus apartment communities.
As a Community Ambassador, you'll be the face of the property. You'll help prospective residents find their next home, take care of current residents, coordinate day-to-day needs, and help keep the community running smoothly.

What You'll Do
Sales & Leasing
- Respond to calls, messages, and inquiries from prospective residents
- Show available apartments and explain our community and rental options
- Follow up with prospects and help turn leads into signed leases
- Process applications and assist with move-ins
- Earn commission for successful leasing performance
Resident Customer Service
- Be a primary point of contact for our residents
- Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Answer questions and help resolve resident concerns
- Communicate professionally, even when conversations are difficult
- Assist residents with renewals and other lease-related needs
Community Operations
- Receive maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors
- Walk the property and vacant apartments to identify items needing attention
- Help ensure apartments are ready for new residents
- Communicate with residents regarding rent balances and past-due accounts
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
- Learn and use AppFolio property management software
Who We're Looking For
Property management experience is NOT required.
We're more interested in your attitude, ability, and work ethic than your previous job title.
You may be a great fit if you have experience in:

- Other customer-facing positions
If you're used to dealing with customers, solving problems, working toward goals, and staying organized in a busy environment, many of the skills you already have can transfer directly to this position.
What You Need
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone
- Comfortable with sales, follow-up, and working toward goals
- Organized and able to handle multiple priorities
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Professional when handling challenging situations
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
Property management, leasing, collections, or AppFolio experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
$17.00–$19.00 per hour + commission
Your hourly rate will be based on experience and qualifications. In addition to your hourly pay, you'll have the opportunity to earn commission based on leasing performance.
