Full Job Description

SCADA Analyst
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a SCADA Analyst to support a leading utility and energy provider's transmission operations and grid modernization initiatives.

This onsite position offers the opportunity to work on critical EMS, SCADA, transmission modeling, and ADMS projects supporting real-time utility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain EMS and SCADA systems used in Transmission Operations.
Build and maintain SCADA displays, system models, and real-time data interfaces.
Perform transmission and distribution modeling activities.
Support RTU configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Assist with SCADA standards, compliance initiatives, and system improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering, Telecom, and Operations teams to support critical infrastructure projects.
Provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field preferred; equivalent utility, military, or technical experience will be considered.
Experience with SCADA systems required.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Experience

Utility, transmission, substation, EMS, ADMS, or power systems experience.
RTU configuration and commissioning.
Transmission or distribution modeling.
Protection & Control systems knowledge.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
