What You'll Do
- Prospect commercial property owners through outbound cold calling
- Build relationships with investors nationwide
- Identify off-market opportunities
- Analyze investment properties
- Learn underwriting and valuation
- Research LLC ownership and property records
- Manage a CRM and sales pipeline
- Work alongside Senior Advisors on active transactions
- Participate in negotiations and commercial closings
What You'll Learn
You'll receive hands-on training in:
- Commercial real estate investment sales
- Manufactured housing community valuation
- Investment underwriting and financial analysis
- Negotiation and commercial contracts
- Owner outreach and prospecting systems
- CRM management and deal structuring
No previous commercial real estate experience is required.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. Commercial real estate has a longer sales cycle than residential, so candidates should understand:
- You should not expect to earn commission income during your first 4–6 months.
- We invest heavily in your training from day one.
- You'll begin working on active opportunities immediately.
- Associates who stay consistent typically build substantial recurring income as their pipeline matures.
This opportunity rewards long-term commitment — not instant gratification.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active real estate license, or currently obtaining one
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a coachable attitude
- Professional demeanor
- Comfortable making 75–150 outbound calls per day
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
