Here is what you will be doing each day:

Position Summary:

The Group Rooms Coordinator is responsible for the strategic oversight of room inventory and coordination of group room blocks to drive occupancy and revenue at the hotel. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting both the Revenue and Sales teams by managing group bookings, monitoring system data, and ensuring accurate inventory allocation using Marriott tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Revenue Support:

Monitor and manage daily room inventory in systems, ensuring availability aligns with demand and revenue strategy.
Assist with loading rates, packages, and promotions in line with Marriott brand standards and
Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management to implement rate strategies, monitor restrictions,

and manage blackout dates and special events.

Conduct audits to ensure system data integrity across PMS and CRS

Group Rooms Coordination:

Manage group blocks, including block creation, rooming lists, pickup tracking, and cut-off date
Act as liaison between Sales, Front Desk, and Revenue teams to ensure flawless execution of group
Communicate group details and updates to operations departments to ensure accurate and timely
Support pre- and post-event communications to ensure client satisfaction and proper
