WAREHOUSE & FLEET COORDINATOR

Full-Time | In-Person | Operations Support Role

$21-$24/hr + MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and company fleet readiness. This role plays a critical part in supporting production, sales, and field teams by ensuring materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles are prepared, compliant, and ready for daily operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization, accountability, and communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, and dispatching materials.
Maintain organized storage systems for tools, materials, and equipment.
Ensure next-day jobs are fully staged and prepared for field teams.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
Track and replenish stock inventory and order job-specific materials as needed.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital tracking systems.
Conduct regular inventory audits and monitor usage and turnover rates.
Coordinate purchasing and maintain vendor relationships.
Support production and sales teams by forecasting material needs. Monitor purchasing costs and identify efficiency improvements.

Fleet & Equipment Management

Schedule and track vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Maintain vehicle logs, mileage tracking, and compliance documentation.
Ensure trucks, ladders, tools, and equipment are ready for daily use.
Manage fuel cards, vehicle assignments, and incident reporting.
Recommend fleet upgrades or replacements when necessary.

Safety & Compliance

Maintain OSHA and company safety compliance standards.
Conduct warehouse safety inspections and support corrective actions.
Track PPE inventory and ensure employee compliance.
Support companywide safety initiatives and training.

Collaboration & Operations Support

Work closely with Production, Sales, Front Office, and Leadership teams.
Provide status updates and operational reporting as needed.
Support scheduling priorities to ensure projects stay on track.

Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or GED.
Warehouse, inventory, mechanical, or field service experience.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Comfortable using computers for recordkeeping and communication.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Preferred

3+ years warehouse, inventory, or fleet coordination experience.
Construction, trades, or field service background.
OSHA or safety program experience.
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar systems.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, in-person position.
7:00am -3:30pm w/ 30 minutes lunch
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
Pay Range: $21–$24 per hour depending on experience + MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS OPPORTUNITY.
