Our employees fully utilize their talents and bring their best selves to work. We believe who you are is just as important as what you do!
Central Insurance is rethinking how we build and manage infrastructure. We're not moving everything to the public cloud. Instead, we're intentionally operating in a hybrid environment that includes both on-premises and cloud solutions. What is changing is our mindset.
We call this approach Central Cloud. It means treating infrastructure like a product, with clear services, defined expectations, transparent ownership, and a self-service experience for the teams that rely on it. Whether a service runs in our data center or someone else's, the experience should feel consistent and easy to consume.
That's where this role comes in. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineering Manager, You'll lead the team responsible for bringing that vision to life. You'll help define and evolve our platform services, make them easy for teams to access without opening tickets, ensure they meet reliability expectations, and provide transparency into the costs of the services being used.
