Join our dynamic team as a Pricing Analyst responsible for executing in-store pricing strategies in a vibrant retail environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to build and maintain pricing processes, evolve business strategies, and manage pricing setups for promotions and clearance items. This role supports both external and internal price audits to ensure compliance and assists in developing financial strategies through markdown reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Execute in-store pricing strategies and manage pricing setups for promotions and clearance items.
Support price audits to verify compliance and assist in reporting to articulate financial strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to coordinate critical in-store events and align with the field communications team on pricing direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Proficiency in SAP, XCC, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and change agility.
