Full Job Description

Great Opportunity for a seasoned Area Manager! This position is in person with some remote work. Candidates must have STAFFING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE. This means working at and with a staffing company managing accounts, clients, staff, operations, KPI's, SLA"s, etc. Managing staff is part of this role, however, we are looking for staffing industry experience only for this role.

NOTE: We are a staffing company, and the accounts that will be managed are

large accounts within our sphere of influence and will be dedicated to the success

of these accounts, implementations, and ongoing communications and reviews.

This position is a full time, permanent, career position within our organization.

Job Details:

* Client relationship building is critical to the success of this role.

* Experience in staffing, manufacturing, and account management preferred.

* Travel is based on needs and local to the Columbus area, and getting new locations

onboarded/implemented.

* Requires strong leadership, organization, and management of six

large Accounts under same account type/industry.

* Must have warehouse and/or manufacturing experience.

* Ability to manage strategic planning, as well as be hands on and work from

operational space as well.

* Open to building and cultivating relationships at all levels of the account/client.

* Strong metrics capabilities and analysis skills.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to be transparent, consultative, and

with integrity.

* Adaptable to the needs and conditions of the account.

* Great problem-solving skills and ability to recognize the needs proactively to

avoid problems, or skills to put effective countermeasures in place to not disrupt

efficiencies or process/deliverables.

* Ability to operate independently and as a team. Will be the main point of contact

with a large strategic accounts.

* Strong implementation and management of operational teams and systems.

* Need a true go-getter, strong sense of accountability, reliability, and ownership

of the account outcomes.

* Growth focused through effective account management for our global company!

Qualifications:

* 5-8 years of Account Management experience

* Understanding of staffing, manufacturing, and warehouse environments

* Bachelors degree in business or related field, however, will consider appropriate

experience.

* Ability to travel locally for the role

Salary - $85-95k + Bonus
