Full Job Description

Satori Ramen Bar, a vibrant open kitchen concept located in the heart of North Market Downtown, is on the lookout for passionate and experienced Line Cook or Kitchen Lead who can run a station confidently support the team, and help maintain high standards during busy services. We offer both full-time and part-time positions where you'll not only prepare our signature ramen dishes but also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in kitchen prep and Front of House responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with supervisor, lead cook, or sous-chef experience who still enjoys being hands-on.

Your Role:

Prepare and cook menu items with speed and accuracy
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
Participate in kitchen prep and assist with Front of House tasks
Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
Ensure food is presented with attention to detail and garnished to perfection
Adhere to all food safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Have 3+ years of line cook experience
Have been a shift lead, kitchen supervisor, or acting sous chef
Are comfortable guiding other cooks during service
Take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and execution

Minimum Requirements

- Teamwork
