Standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. This position participates in a structured on-call rotation and responds to after-hours property emergencies as needed.

What You’ll Do

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maintain safe and efficient communities
Diagnose and complete repairs involving, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Perform general maintenance including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and unit restoration
Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines to support occupancy goals
Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
Support fire, life safety, and security systems and coordinate specialized vendor work as needed
Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of buildings, amenities, and grounds
Partner with Property Management on inspections and resident move-ins and move-outs
Maintain accurate work orders, inventory records, and maintenance documentation
Participate in seasonal maintenance activities including snow removal, landscaping, and other community support tasks

What You Bring

Required:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of maintenance, repair, trade, facilities, or related experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments

Preferred:

Experience in residential, apartment, affordable housing, or facilities maintenance
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
Experience using maintenance tracking systems and mobile work order platforms
