Full Job Description

Gojob is hiring an Onsite Manager in Groveport, OH. The Onsite Manager will play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with our most important clients. This position drives sales growth, ensures high-quality service delivery, and supports the overall client experience.

Salary: 50k-65k

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow key accounts.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential.
Conduct business reviews with clients to understand goals and tailor solutions.
Negotiate contracts and renewals to support long-term client retention.

Service:

Serve as the main point of contact for client needs and concerns.
Partner with Onsite Managers and Recruiting to deliver timely support and resolve issues.
Track service levels and implement improvements as needed.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Delivery:

Oversee delivery of services to meet client expectations and quality standards.
Collaborate with Recruiting and Ops teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage client projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Keep clients and internal teams informed with regular status updates.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in workforce management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
