Adam Deel is a State Farm agent in Columbus, Ohio. We are a top ranked agency in the state of Ohio. Our work environment is fast-paced, team centric, and goal oriented. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about their insurance options and help them make informed decisions.

Qualifications

In-person position based at our office in Columbus, Ohio
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Proven ability to build client rapport and foster lasting relationships
Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Willingness and ability to obtain Property and Casualty License
Willingness and ability to obtain Life and Health License
