Ideal qualifications and desired experience:

Current Special Education teaching certification (K-12 or the appropriate grade levels)

Strong grasp of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
Ability to adapt teaching strategies and materials to accommodate different learning styles
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and support staff
Comfortable with technology and virtual learning platforms (for virtual positions)

Key responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs per IEP requirements
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and paraprofessionals to support student success
