DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Charge Nurse / Clinical Coordinator (Experienced Dialysis RN) to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule : M/W/F 5:00am - 5:00pm

Clinic has 13 chairs, 2 dialysis techs and 1 RN/day
-
Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
-
Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
-
Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery

Build long-term relationships with patients and families
-
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
-
Active Ohio RN license and CPR certification
-
18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
-
Charge RN readiness approval required
-
ADN required; BSN preferred
-
ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
-
CNN/CDN certification a plus
-
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
