Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic District Manager to lead multiple auto shop locations, drive sales growth, and foster exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for management, business development, and technical sales within the automotive industry. As a District Manager, you will oversee operations, develop sales strategies, and cultivate strong client relationships across your assigned territory.

Duties

Lead and manage multiple auto shop locations to ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets through outside sales efforts and B2B engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners to enhance business growth
Analyze sales data using CRM systems like Salesforce to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and optimize sales processes
Coach and develop store managers and sales teams to improve performance, product knowledge, and customer service skills
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical teams, and executive leadership to align business objectives
Negotiate deals with clients and partners to close high-value contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or enterprise selling within a corporate or technical environment
Strong management background with experience leading teams in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM systems for sales tracking and analytics
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and negotiation skills
Knowledge of technology or SaaS products related to automotive services is highly desirable
Excellent customer relationship building abilities coupled with effective communication skills
Ability to analyze sales data using reporting tools to inform decision-making and strategy development
Leadership experience managing sales development teams or managing large-scale business development initiatives
