Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible property manager to oversee the daily operations of an 80-unit property. The ideal candidate will possess experience in property management, customer service, and familiarity with fair housing.

Duties

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Utilize property management software for rent payments, data entry, and filing. Experience with Entrata, a plus.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective conflict management skills.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
Collaborate with maintenance staff to address property upkeep and maintenance requests promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.

Must have a valid driver license, reliable transportation and a background check acceptable to employer.
