Full Job Description

Our front desk is the heart of the patient experience at Rise. As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you are the first voice on the phone and the warm welcome when someone walks in. We are looking for a people person who can make a busy lobby feel calm, personal, and cared for. You are the host of our space, and you set the tone the moment someone arrives. You'll work day to day alongside a small, close knit admin team and our doctors.

What you'll do

Greet every patient warmly and keep the lobby welcoming and calm
Responsible for phone and text communication with patients throughout the day: scheduling, rescheduling, and answering new patient inquiries
Check patients in and out and book their next appointments
Process payments, set up packages and billing, and answer patient questions about pricing and plans with ease
Contribute to the morning team meeting and help the day run smoothly
Support the patient experience related admin tasks that keeps our days running smoothly, and cross-train with the team

You shift gears easily: set a task down, take the call, pick right back up
You are warm but can hold kind, firm boundaries that protect our providers' time
You are confident with technology and pick up new software quickly (Apple products, Google Suite)
You are comfortable handling payments and talking about money
You want to invest and grow with a team for the long haul

Experience in reception, hospitality, retail, customer service, communications, or teaching is a great foundation. Chiropractic experience is not required.

Schedule

Full time, no nights or weekends.

Pay and benefits

$18 to $21 per hour, based on experience. Paid time off, paid holiday closures, health insurance available, complimentary chiropractic care, and discounts on supplements and retail. There is room to grow with us as we expand.
