Hammer & Nails is the premier destination for men's grooming services.

We are a full-service men’s grooming shop, which means your guest can enjoy traditional barbering services, hand and foot care, or facial waxing. Our members can enjoy a complimentary beverage from our fully stocked bar while receiving the best grooming needs Columbus has to offer. Hammer and Nails is experience-focused and team-driven environment. We have made a name for ourselves in our local community and are looking for someone with the same mindset … that includes, making money, staying busy, having fun every day.

Our Member Concierges:

Are the first point of contact for members and new customers entering our brand
Builds relationships with customers and team members, ensuring the Hammer & Nails experience is maintained throughout
Thoroughly understands and can effectively communicate pricing, membership model, and policies resulting in increased retention and new membership activation
Monitors all communication platforms to ensure outstanding customer experience
Performs standard member account maintenance using a variety of platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, other systems)
Has strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think on their feet

You get your own TV, top of the line noise canceling headphones, no bright lights shining in your face, a complimentary frosty beverage or a neat bourbon, if you’d like (and who wouldn’t)? Every seat you kick back in is custom crafted to our specifications with your comfort being priority number one. Whether it’s the all black, classic barber chair, the hand-fabricated seats in our reception area, the full-service bar or the oversized leather chairs in the hand and foot grooming room, you are gonna feel like a modern-day king. And, oh yeah, you can get an amazing manicure, pedicure, haircut, shave, facial or wax to get you on point. At Hammer and Nails, we provide more than just a haircut; we provide an experience that men can't get anywhere else.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
