Full Job Description

MRI Technologist – Nights – $72/Hour – Columbus, OH

Pay: $72/Hour
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift (5×8 Hours)
Schedule: Thursday – Monday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Start Date: August 24, 2026

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI examinations on adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Conduct routine and advanced MRI studies, including neuro, abdominal, musculoskeletal, and oncology imaging.
Operate Siemens MRI equipment while following established imaging protocols.
Perform advanced imaging procedures including Fusion Imaging, Gradient Echo, Perfusion, Spectroscopy, MIP, MPR, ADC Mapping, and T1/T2 Weighted Imaging.
Work with inpatient, outpatient, ICU, and pediatric acute care patients.
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR and PACS.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance with MRI safety standards.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

ARRT Certification
Active Ohio State License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Technologist experience
Experience with Siemens MRI equipment
Experience using PACS and EPIC

Preferred Qualifications

Adult ICU experience
Adult Outpatient imaging experience
Pediatric Acute Care experience
Oncology MRI experience
Strong experience in Neuro, Abdominal, and Musculoskeletal MRI

Assignment Details

13-Week Contract
Night Shift (Thursday–Monday)
40 Hours Per Week
Block Schedule
Average 35–40 MRI exams per day
Inpatient & Outpatient Imaging
