We are a tight-knit group of young and ambitious professionals working our way to becoming the next household name in the waxing/esthetic industry and we are seeking to add a like-minded Esthetician or Master Cosmetologist to our growing team of Wax Artis, full-time!

- We communicate! We have team huddles, staff meetings every month, performance reviews every quarter, and monthly one-on-ones with every team member so we can check-in and make sure you are set up for success at your next review, as well as celebrate any recent wins in your growth and development!
- We support each other! At MKP, every client is OUR client. In fact, it is company policy that if a client is ever putting down another team member, we politely and professionally defend the team member, instead of allowing the client to continue!
- We operate on a team-based pay business model! What does that mean? It means that you don’t have to worry about your paycheck being tied to how many clients you were able to service in a pay period! At MKP, we know that you provide much more value than just what you can do with your hands, so we pay you for every minute you are working, not just when you’re working on a client! After completing 3-4 weeks of new hire training at $10/hour, we offer a starting hourly rate of $15/hour + 100% of any tips you receive.

If we hit goal, we get the reward, but it doesn't stop there! We hold wage reviews annually and if the business has grown enough to warrant it, well-performing employees will see that growth reflected in their hourly pay rate!

No prior professional waxing experience is required because even if you have been waxing at other salons for years, every new hire still gets trained in the MKP Method! We just have a few non-negotiables when it comes to who we will consider.
Non-Negotiables:
- Must have an active license in the state of Georgia to practice either Esthetics or Cosmetology.
- Must be willing and able to work weekends (rotational.)
- Must understand the importance of punctuality.
- Must be able to handle ongoing constructive criticism. (We want you to be the best that you can be, and that means we have to continuously be looking for areas you can improve!)
- Must have a positive outlook on life!
- Must be a TEAM PLAYER!

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
