Location: Columbus, GA – In-person at our private pelvic health physical therapy practice

We are seeking an organized, compassionate, and patient-focused Office Administrator / Patient Care Coordinatorto serve as the first point of contact for our patients and help create an exceptional experience from the moment they connect with our practice.

Position Summary

The Office Administrator / Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both patients and clinicians. This individual ensures smooth day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding customer service and helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients in person, by phone, and electronically.
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
Coordinate patient intake, forms, and documentation.
Verify insurance benefits and communicate financial policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
Support clinic operations and administrative workflows.
Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Assist in creating a positive, efficient, and organized clinic environment.
Collaborate closely with providers and team members to support excellent patient care.
