Part-Time (30–40 Hours Per Week)
Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on weekly business needs. This position is scheduled just below full-time, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Position Summary
We're looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook who takes pride in preparing exceptional food and working as part of a strong team.
As a Line Cook, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality, consistency, and hospitality our guests have come to expect. You'll prepare menu items according to our recipes and standards, maintain an organized workstation, and work alongside your teammates to provide an outstanding dining experience.
This is a hands-on position where you'll be actively cooking, prepping, and supporting the kitchen team throughout every shift. We value teammates who take ownership of their work, communicate well, stay organized, and are always willing to help wherever they're needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Exceptional Food

You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cooking food accurately, efficiently, and consistently during service
- Following portioning and recipe guidelines
- Ensuring every dish is prepared with care and ready to delight our guests
- Maintaining quality and consistency on every plate
Execute Every Shift with Excellence
Preparation and teamwork create great service.
You'll:
- Set up and stock your station before each shift
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality under pressure
- Communicate effectively with teammates and kitchen leadership
- Assist on other stations when needed
- Help maintain smooth and timely service

- Has previous line cook or kitchen experience (preferred, but we're happy to train the right person)

Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Standing for extended periods throughout each shift
- Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
- Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat and moderate to high noise levels
- Working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
