Jeffs Donuts is opening our first location in Gahanna, Ohio (Columbus area) — and we’re looking for passionate, dependable Donut Makers (Bakers) to join our founding team!

Position Overview
As a Donut Maker (Baker), you will be responsible for preparing, frying, and finishing our premium donuts to company standards. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with shifts that may include early mornings, overnights, weekends, and holidays due to our 24/7 operation.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the first Jeffs Donuts team in Gahanna and help set the standard for our culture and quality from day one.
Responsibilities
- Prepare doughs, fillings, icings, and glazes from scratch
- Fry and finish donuts to exact quality standards
- Decorate products with consistency and creativity
- Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workspace
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
- Ensure product freshness and premium presentation
- Support team members and contribute to a positive culture
Qualifications
- Baking or food service experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)
- Ability to work overnight or early morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Dependable and punctual
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 lbs
