Compensation: $91,000–$157,000 per year, performance-based

If you've built a successful career in automotive sales, insurance, real estate, mortgages, or another competitive sales environment, you already know how to perform.

But maybe you've also started asking yourself a different question:

At Russell Wiles Agency Group, we're looking for proven sales professionals who are ready for their next level — professionally, financially, and personally.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with individuals and families who need guidance with life insurance and retirement solutions.

You'll learn our proven sales blueprints, receive ongoing coaching and mentorship, and develop the skills necessary to build a significant career in this industry.

For those with the ability and ambition to lead, there are opportunities to grow beyond personal production and into leadership.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you're:

A proven salesperson who knows how to compete and close
Coachable, even though you've already experienced success
Self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable
Driven by goals rather than simply punching a clock
Looking for greater income potential and more control over your time
Interested in building something long-term
Someone who values integrity and takes pride in doing things the right way

Insurance experience is welcome, but it is not required.

If you've succeeded in automotive sales or another highly competitive sales environment, we're particularly interested in talking with you.

We can teach insurance. We can't teach hunger, character, or the desire to become exceptional.

This isn't an easy-paycheck opportunity, and we're not trying to fill seats.

Compensation & Growth

Expected compensation range: $91,000–$157,000 per year, performance-based.

Compensation is commission-based and tied directly to individual performance. Actual earnings vary based on production.

High-performing agents may also have opportunities for additional incentives and advancement into leadership.

We'll explain the compensation structure clearly during the interview process so you can decide whether the opportunity aligns with your goals.
