Levy & Associates, LLC is a comprehensive collection law firm seeking a Global Services Associate to perform volume copying tasks, scan jobs and operate mail processing equipment.

Global Services Associate will receive, sort and deliver mail as well as prepare outgoing mail including creating shipping labels and applying postage. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time as well as reach above one’s head when sorting mail and utilize steps within the building. The Global Services Associate assists with coverage of the front desk, welcoming visitors & deliveries.

Global Services Associate Principle Responsibilities:

-Verify all correspondence, packages, and pre-defined items are received, sorted and delivered to the appropriate parties/destinations in a timely manner.

-Maintain the front desk, welcome visitors and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed.

-Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines.

-Scan documents to the appropriate file(s).

-Maintain and update filing, mailing and database systems.

-Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities and business transactions.

-Copy and prepare legal documents to comply with court standards.

-Demonstrate compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations applicable to the collection industry.

-Adhere to company policies and procedures.

-Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

-High School diploma or GED.

-Basic computer and math skills.

-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to multi-task and work in a high production environment.

-Goal oriented and self-motivated.

-Ability to work in a team fostered environment.

-Willingness to accept feedback.

-Ability to maintain confidentiality.

-Office environment.
