Lead AV Technician – TV, Smart Home, & Home Theater Installer | High-end Residential AV
Location: Long Island, Hamptons , Manhattan(In Person)
Who We’re Looking For
We need a skilled, hands-on AV technician who is experienced in installations but also open to learning and growing within the business. This is not a Foreman or management role—you will be actively installing, running wiring, and using power tools daily.
This is not an entry-level role—these skills are expected at an experienced level. However, to ensure success, you will work side by side with the owner for a period of time to understand company culture, workflow, and expectations before working independently. This ensures that you are coachable, adaptable, and aligned with our standards.
At Perfect Angle AV Solutions, we do things differently. Unlike other companies that treat technicians as just another worker, we care about your growth, potential, and financial success. We believe that when you succeed, we succeed which is why we provide clear pathways for advancement, fair pay structures that reward efficiency, and hands-on support to help you improve your skills. You won’t be stuck in a dead-end job with no room to grow, we want you to thrive, make great money, and build a future with us.
