Full Job Description

Community Care Rx is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a large, fast-paced pharmacy organization.

A pharmacy degree is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates from pharmacy or healthcare operations backgrounds who have a proven track record of successfully managing large teams and complex operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff and department managers.

* Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

* Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.

* Drive operational excellence, productivity, and continuous quality improvement.

* Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability.

* Coordinate with executive leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals.

* Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational targets are achieved.

* Foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered workplace culture.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of management experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or a similarly regulated operational environment.

* Demonstrated success leading large teams and managing daily operations.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Experience with scheduling, performance management, compliance, and operational planning.

* Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

* Pharmacy management experience is strongly preferred.

Technology & Systems Proficiency

Able to analyze data, troubleshoot basic system issues, optimize workflows through technology, and help train staff on new systems. A strong understanding of how technology can improve operational efficiency, compliance, communication, and overall organizational performance is essential.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
