Medicare Insurance Agent – Paid Training & Licensing (No Cold Calling)

Job Summary

The Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC)—a trusted national organization serving over 2 million members—is expanding our Medicare Advisory Service team! We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Medicare Insurance Agents.

No insurance experience? No problem. We provide complete paid training and support you through getting licensed. Already licensed? You can hit the ground running immediately!

What You’ll Do

Connect with Medicare-eligible individuals to guide them through their healthcare options.
Handle inbound calls and follow up with warm, company-provided leads.
Conduct light outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to schedule annual coverage reviews or send important deadline reminders (no cold prospecting).
Educate clients and help them enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, and ancillary plans.
Deliver exceptional, compassionate customer service through every stage of the enrollment process.
Accurately manage client records and process applications efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent verbal communication and phone presence.
A friendly, empathetic, and professional customer-first attitude.
High coachability with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Comfortable navigating basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, web browsers, CRM tools).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekend/extended shifts during Medicare's peak enrollment period (Oct 15 – Dec 7).
An active Health Insurance License is a major plus, but NOT required—we will help you get licensed!

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Schedule: 35 hours/week | Monday – Friday
During Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7): Expanded availability required, including weekends, to capture peak commission & bonus opportunities.
