Full Job Description

CNC Machinist

Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $24.00+/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team in Denver. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of machining experience who is eager to expand their skills in a precision manufacturing environment. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in producing quality parts, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment with guidance from experienced machinists.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
Measure finished parts using precision inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and organized.
Deburr, clean, and inspect finished components.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

1–3 years of machining experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment or relevant schooling.
Experience operating manual and/or CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Fanuc, or similar CNC controls.
Knowledge of machining metals such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.
Trade school or machining certificate is a plus but not required.
