Full Job Description

You're the person who gets patients to finally say yes to the smile they've put off for years.

The doctor diagnoses. You make it real. When a patient looks back on the moment they decided to start Invisalign — the consult where it stopped feeling scary, confusing, or "someday" — they'll be thinking of a conversation with you. Most treatment coordinator jobs are really front-desk jobs with extra steps. This one isn't. Your job is one thing: help patients move forward with treatment that changes their health and confidence, and get rewarded when they do.

Why this matters here. We believe patients deserve honest guidance, not pressure. We run our practice on three values, and this role is where they show up most:

Educate, never pressure. Case acceptance rises when patients feel seen and understood — not sold. You'll never be asked to push treatment a patient doesn't need.
Own the outcome. Every pending case has a next step and a name on it — yours. Nothing falls through the cracks between doctor, front office, and patient.
Leave every patient better than you found them. Whether they start today or in six months, every patient leaves your conversation clearer and more confident than they arrived.

What you'll actually do:

Sit with patients after the doctor's Invisalign recommendation and walk them from "I'm not sure" to a confident yes — clearly explaining value, timeline, and long-term benefit
Present fees, insurance estimates, and financing options without flinching — money conversations are the heart of this role, and we'll train you on exactly how we run them
Support same-day starts when it's right for the patient
Track every pending case and follow up consistently — most yeses happen in the follow-up, not the consult
Respond to patient messages on Dental Monitoring as our interim Patient Experience Coordinator — you stay connected to patients through treatment, which means you're building the trust that closes their next case (whitening, refinements, restorative) before you ever present it

This is a relational role, not a transactional one. You will not be answering phones all day, filing insurance, or hard-selling anyone. You'll be given real training, real systems, and a doctor who wants you in the room.

Compensation: $30–34/hr base (depending on experience) + $100 bonus for every Invisalign case you help start. We're building this program from the ground up with a goal of 30+ starts per month — top performers here will earn $90k–100k+. Your income grows with every patient you help say yes.

You may be a fit if you are: excellent with people, confident talking about money, calm under pressure, allergic to letting things slip, and motivated by helping patients choose what's best for them. Treatment coordination, dental/ortho case presentation, or consultative sales experience preferred — but we'll train the right person.
