Join our dynamic culinary team as an Experienced Pizza Maker, where your passion for crafting delicious, high-quality pizzas will shine! In this role, you'll bring your culinary expertise to create mouthwatering pizzas that delight our guests. Your experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety will be essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their craftsmanship.

Duties

Prepare and assemble a variety of pizza styles using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques
Manage dough preparation, stretching, and topping application with precision and creativity
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives
Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes and seasonal specials
Maintain inventory levels of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality control
Collaborate with team members to deliver prompt, friendly service during busy hours

Skills

Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus
Experience with fine dining or catering environments enhances your versatility
Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation practices is essential
Ability to plan menus and contribute ideas for new pizza offerings
Excellent food service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Kitchen experience that demonstrates efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork
