Elevated Service, Bright Smiles, Skin Sales - Med Derm Spa practice located in Charlotte is seeking a motivated, energetic, front desk receptionist.

Currently, we are recruiting for a full-time and part-time position.

Looking for an outgoing individual with a pleasant, professional demeanor who is looking to join a team of like-minded individuals who share the passion, vision and values of our practice. We are a team-driven culture, and all of us love being part of our wonderful work family. We truly believe we are doing work that matters—it can be challenging work, but we take pride in and have a blast doing it!

Responsibilities includes being the first face clients see when they arrive, offering concierge-level customer service, having a friendly and caring attitude while being incredibly professional and organized. As our receptionist, you will answer phones, call patients to schedule appointments, help manage the clinic schedule and assist with administrative duties and office tasks.

You have prior receptionist experience.
You can answer the phones, schedule and greet visitors – all with a big smile!
You have a cheerful phone voice and top-notch communication skills.

You are professional at all times – no job is too small, and you go above and beyond to help the team.
Computer skills –a love of computers and quick ability to learn new systems fast.
You are passionate about the medical/dermatology industry as well as your own wellness.
You like to keep busy and help others.
You are very organized.
You keep lists and stay on top of action items.
You stay focused and on track – especially with regular interruptions.
You are great at remembering the little details. Your attention to detail ensures things don't fall through the cracks.
You thrive on meeting new people, are outgoing and cheerful.
Prior experience in the medical/dermatology industry preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Medical Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

This job will require you to pass a background check.

High school or equivalent (Required)
