West Coast Kidney Institute is the largest private practice in the Bay Area made up of 3 different divisions serving distinct communities. The Diablo Division extends from Walnut Creek to Brentwood which is north of Oakland and Berkeley. Our thriving division provides care in hospitals ranked in the top 15 for the State of California, which includes 2 different residency programs. We have medical directorships in local dialysis clinics as well as hospital programs, a dialysis access center staffed by our interventional nephrologists, and a science branch conducting clinical trials with industry. Starting salary $300,000 with incremental increase after year 1

Office and Hospital
In-center dialysis clinic and Home Therapy clinics
Calls are distributed evenly for all doctors regardless of seniority
Option to work 4 days a week after 2 years

This role has a salary range of $300,000 and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
