We were established in 1992 and regularly service over 1300 independent tire dealers in Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas, and Iowa.

Schedule: Office is open Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Flexible hours can be arranged. Willing to work around school schedules. Casual atmosphere and dress code.

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. This position requires the ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.

Duties Will Include:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
File and organize paperwork and company records.
Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
Track office expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with tracking fleet fuel records, vehicle mileage, and maintenance schedules.
Prepare and process customer invoices.
Process accounts payable and maintain vendor records.
Utilize QuickBooks to assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and other accounting functions.
Use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, to prepare documents, manage spreadsheets, communicate with customers and vendors, and organize daily operations.
Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
Experience using QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Some college or a degree in Business Administration

Requirements:

Prefer someone knowledgeable with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel)
High School Diploma
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
