What You'll Do
As a Home Insiders photographer, you'll capture professional real estate media that helps agents, builders, and property owners market their listings effectively. This position focuses primarily on photography and related media services.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain your availability and appointment schedule.
- Travel to property and arrive on time for every appointment.
- Perform a walkthrough before each shoot.
- Capture professional HDR photography, drone photography, 360° tours, floor plans, and other assigned media services.
- Upload all media to our office by the end of each workday for post-production.
- Represent Home Insiders professionally while providing outstanding customer service.

· Equipment Requirements
· Applicants should own, or be willing to invest in, the following equipment:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of 5+ exposure bracketing (AEB)
- Ultra-wide lens (approximately 10–22mm APS-C or 16–35mm full-frame equivalent)
- Sturdy tripod
- DJI drone or equivalent capable of 4K video and 12MP+ images
- ·AA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (preferred; required for drone assignments)
- Ricoh Theta, Insta360, Matterport-compatible camera, or willingness to purchase one
- iPhone or compatible iOS device
- Computer with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 15 Mbps upload speed)
Training
We provide training on our workflow, quality standards, and delivery process. Candidates will complete a sample real estate media package before receiving client assignments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous real estate photography experience is a plus
- FAA Part 107 certification is highly preferred
- Valid US Driver’s license and Liability Insurance
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
Compensation
This is a flexible **part-time/independent contractor** opportunity with weekly pay.
Compensation is based on completed assignments and the services provided. Typical earnings range from **$30 to $90+ per appointment**, with opportunities to earn more by completing additional services such as drone photography, 3D tours, floor plans, and premium media packages.
