Full Job Description

Our CT team at Element2 is growing! We are looking for 2 (two) new business Account Managers/Sales Recruiters that can generate and close new opportunities for our team!

You would be responsible for developing, managing, and growing client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of staffing solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, partnering closely with recruiters and internal teams to understand client workforce needs. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness and problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client staffing needs and inquiries.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and business reviews to ensure satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate additional business.

Staffing & Operations

Collaborate with recruiters to communicate client requirements, priorities, and hiring expectations.
Ensure qualified candidates are presented in a timely manner.
Monitor employee performance and client satisfaction throughout assignments.
Manage workforce planning for clients, including high-volume staffing requests and seasonal fluctuations.

Business Development

Identify opportunities within existing accounts to increase staffing volume.
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and gross margin goals.

Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain accurate client records within the CRM and ATS systems.
Prepare reports on account activity, fill ratios, revenue, and client performance.

Qualifications Required

Equivalent work experience.
2+ years of relevant experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, sales, or business development.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
