POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Education / Experience

Knowledge of therapeutic diets and nutrition principles in long-term care.
Familiarity with diet orders, tray card systems, and food service operations.
Strong attention to detail to ensure diet accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Ability to read, write and comprehend English; ability to follow oral and written instructions. Strong written, verbal, analytical and people skills.
Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Ability to work hours punctually and at times flexibly, as needed based on the requirements of the position assignment and/or needs of the organization as expressed by Administrator.
