The Ideal Candidate Will:

Demonstrate a professional, collaborative approach when working with colleagues, clients, and external professionals.
Maintain a client-first mindset and consistently deliver a high standard of client service.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Resolve client matters with accuracy, discretion, and timeliness.
Review, interpret, and work confidently with bank statements, brokerage reports, and other financial documents.
Exhibit a thoughtful and proactive work style, including the ability to listen, ask questions, analyze, and take appropriate action.
Work independently while remaining accountable, self-motivated, and self-aware.
Maintain strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Adapt effectively to shifting priorities in a dynamic practice environment.
Monitor and manage critical deadlines and key milestones across assigned matters to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Possess a growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Education and Experience:

An associate’s degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Work Arrangement:

This position is on-site.
Eligibility to work (1) hybrid workday after six months of employment.
Hours 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
