Full Job Description

We are seeking a full time Sales Coordinator at our Hilton Garden Inn. The ideal candidate should possess administrative experience with an outgoing personality to help support the Sales team and a desire to help others. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

Duties will include but are not limited to processing letters, emails, contracts, proposals, working with groups and weddings as well as meeting room and catering requirements. Responsible for qualifying and responding to client calls and special requests to ensure that arrangements meet the client's needs. This position may also perform other duties as assigned, such as guest room tours, property tours, special requests and maintaining calendars.

Requirements include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, customer service experience, computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Working knowledge of PEP, R&I, Delphi, Hotel Planner, Meeting Broker preferred, but not required.

Hotel experience is preferred, but not required. Salary will be based on experience.
