Duties

Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products, including health, life, property, and casualty coverage
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet regulatory standards
Manage sales administration tasks such as CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration records
Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and clear client communication
Stay informed on insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes and tailor coverage options for clients

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales within the insurance industry or related fields such as retail sales or benefits administration
Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales effectively
Strong analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for efficient sales management and documentation
Knowledge of commercial insurance products, including health, life, property, casualty, and health insurance regulations
Excellent communication skills for client engagement, consultation, and ongoing relationship building
