Are you looking to build a career in business management and leadership? Holt Dynamics is seeking a motivated Junior Business Manager to join our growing team representing Frontier. The Junior Business Manager entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing the skills needed to manage customer relationships while supporting business growth.

As a Junior Business Manager, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, introduce Frontier's wireless products and services, and recommend solutions that best fit their goals. You'll also support daily business operations, maintain customer accounts, and collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience while contributing to overall team performance.

Junior Business Manager Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Present Frontier products and service plans while recommending solutions based on customer needs.
Assist with account setup, activations, upgrades, and service changes.
Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to add value.
Support daily business operations and assist with team initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and fellow Junior Business Managers to achieve individual and company performance goals.
Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
