Full Job Description

Job Summary
We specialize in the fabrication and installation of custom-designed Shotblast equipment and are seeking an Experienced Fabricator to join our fast-paced shop. The ideal candidate is reliable, experienced in MIG welding, able to read and understand blueprints, and has a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Applicants should be able to manage time effectively, accept constructive feedback, and work collaboratively to meet project goals.

Responsibilities and Duties
This is a multi-function role that provides hands-on involvement in the full manufacturing process, including:

Setting up and operating MIG welding equipment
Fabricating steel components
Cutting pipe and steel bar
Operating a press brake to bend steel
Performing general manufacturing and shop duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in a related or comparable job setting is necessary.

Fabrication experience for minimum of 8 years
Material handling and processing
Finish grinding, blending proficiency
Press brake experience
Blueprint reading experience
Crane and forklift experience
Custom fabrication and general "How to" experience for challenging projects.

Candidates must be able to perform heavy lifting as required.
