Licensed Therapist / Psychotherapist (LCSW | LMFT | LPC) | Part-Time W-2 | Boutique Private Practice | Telehealth & Hybrid |Stamford, CT
Join EleVolve, a premiere private-pay psychotherapy practice for high-achieving women seeking exceptional, personalized care.
EleVolve is a growing, boutique style values-driven practice built on emotional safety, clinical excellence, authenticity, and integrity. We serve high-achieving women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, stress, people-pleasing, and life transitions, and we are seeking a warm, skilled, growth-minded therapist to join us as our first clinician hire.
This is an opportunity for a fully licensed Connecticut therapist to do meaningful work in an elevated practice setting built on excellence, and to help shape something special from the ground up.
Therapy the way it was meant to be practiced
EleVolve is exclusively private pay. That means no insurance panels, no claims, no authorizations, no utilization reviews, and no clawbacks for you to worry about. Your clinical judgment guides the work, not a payer. You practice at the top of your license with clients who are invested in their care.
Because our model is premium, your time is valued accordingly. A focused caseload of 15 clinical hours earns what many clinicians drive 25 to 30 hours to reach elsewhere.
