Full Job Description

Position Overview

The Repair Project Manager will oversee residential and light commercial insurance repair projects from contract signing through final completion. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to manage multiple trades while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and work closely with insurance carriers, adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities Estimating & Scope Writing

Write accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate.
Review insurance scopes and identify discrepancies.
Prepare and submit supplements when needed.
Ensure scopes are complete before production begins.

Budget & Cost Management

Develop and manage project budgets.
Monitor job costs and maintain profitability targets.
Review and approve subcontractor bids.
Track change orders and ensure proper documentation.

Subcontractor Coordination

Schedule and manage multiple trades.
Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality standards.
Maintain project timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Enforce jobsite safety and cleanliness expectations.

Homeowner & Insurance Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners.
Provide consistent progress updates.
Assist homeowners in understanding the insurance repair process.
Work directly with adjusters and Public Adjusters as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
