We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Med Spa Patient Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your energetic and positive attitude will help foster trust and comfort, while your meticulous attention to detail will support efficient clinic operations. You will coordinate patient scheduling, manage medical records, and assist with insurance verification, all while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare and customer service to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced med spa environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
Verify client information and assist with intake forms
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Maintain a clean, calm, and organized front desk area
Coordinate with providers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions when appropriate

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, medical office, or spa experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer systems
Sales or customer service experience
